Welcome to the Humanist Wedding site. This may be just the information you may be looking for. The Humanist ceremony is perfect when the bride and groom are from different faiths or especially desire a non-religious ceremony. Chaplain Beth Lamont is available to officiate in such a ceremony.

It is ideal to consult in person with the wedding couple, but at time great distances make it difficult. A couple will be encouraged to write their own ceremony from start to finish and especially their dedications to each other so that it will express their unique individuality. Some couples may wish to chose phrases they like from the sample ceremonies shown here.

A suggested fee might be proprotionate to the total planned cost of the wedding.
