This Tribunal is an urgent response to governments lack of commitment to protect human rights and the environment, compounded by the effects of transnational corporations and accelerating globalization.  This Tribunal seeks to provide a forum for peoples from around the world and to mobilize global solidarity in support of their demands for accountability, justice and sustainable development.
